Literally everyone on this earth plane may benefit from the delightful easy-to-do exercises when done consistently … and delight in the reality shifts and the miraculous unfolding on all levels of Consciousness … How good can it get?

Setting the scene for the clear inner guidance given, and acted upon Spring 2025:
Sharing a quick background to set the scene: My delightful Dad was into yoga and Sirsasana poses, consciousness expansion, neuroplasticity, subconscious programming with self-dictated tapes to assist with exams so yes, I had a great start: started piano playing (cross laterals!) when 7, started meditation when 13 and had an OBE and Awake and Aware Awareness state two months later; did the usual societal ‘norm’: graduated and got into my passion of international marketing/ management and corporate life for 15 years; total stop from material hamster wheel (peritonitis) for 8 weeks and complete shift to coaching/quantum energy medicine/bio-resonance/radionics/radiesthesia/dowsing ‘Help Balance The Energies to Benefit All’-service path in the Unified Creation for the last 25 years … so now, for the last 47 years being ‘awake and aware’, I AM Source, All of All, in this body … with the well regurgitated ‘I have a body, I am not this body’!!!! What!!!!???… life was more or less on automatic ‘spiritual cruise control’ going through the motions … always seeking for more and fine tuning everything … and searching for more and fine tuning … and …
Enter Pause … yet another complete stop of absolutely everything … this time from the spiritual and ‘energetics’ hamster wheel … for about 6 weeks in February 2025!!!
Mum passed on to the other side, Pure Source Love, in February 2025 and I flew from England to Finland to declutter, let go and reorganise with my sister … BIG pause … STOP everything, and then …
· Woke up at 3.30 AM with a clear message ‘Go and see what Nina is doing online nowadays’
· Following the next day early morning guidance: ‘Go and see what Elisaveta is doing’
· Followed by the next early morning message: Go and pull together your papers and exercises on Brain Balancing from different modalities over the years … and whilst digging deep into my files and loose papers, I came across ‘Personal Notes re G Behrend and manifesting’ … yes, this rang a bell … further reading … oh yes, I remember the name ‘EDINBURGH LECTURES’ and I also remembered that I could not get the information long, long time ago … and here it is again …resurfacing … totally prompted to take a definite action!
· Next, the life changing: Go and check Thomas Troward’s Edinburgh Lectures book … and this time the info seemed to be everywhere and easily accessible! Perfect, ripe timing!
· Realizing and knowing with gratitude that the initial PAUSE for reorganizing-letting go-decluttering in Finland led me to reorganize and unify my Brain/Mind-Body – Whole Source Creator Being at a much deeper level in order to fully function as the Creator Source truly and deeply balanced, embodied and expressed in this realm of reality, both with mind/brain and physical body this time and yes, it is a process unfolding …
· Woke up early hours in the morning again: Pull it (the information) together and money comes!
· So, I am pulling information together for my personal notes and two things stand out when reading both Genevieve Behrend’s (Thomas Troward’s only student) and Thomas’ sharings:
You are a Law onto yourself … Invoke the Law of Reciprocal Action! The Missing KEY for me personally! + The Principle of the of Reciprocal Action Law (and other Laws)
Corpus Callosum!!! Thomas was talking about Corpus Callosum (and plasma and Vagus nerve etc!) and the unified whole brain back in 1904!
