Feeling grateful for all that is around … coolness of air, warmth of the sun, scent of a freshly cut grass
Cuddles with Bubbles the dog … feeling the softness of her fur … feeling pure Love and JOY!!!
Walking barefoot outside and feeling the Earth connection (getting grounded)
Holding on to a (not too hot!) metal radiator with your hands (getting grounded!)
Using a metal spoon on the soles of your feet (getting grounded)

Putting on a piece of soothing music (without words) and really listening
Observing your thoughts (from a wholeness/Oneness perspective) and the world around you without judgment … just noticing … just naming ‘there is this thought ________’
Using gentle reminders This too shall pass / How good can it get / What is the opportunity/gift/value ‘here in this situation/experience/feeling/emotion’ = test to stay in equilibrium/harmony within!!!
Singing/humming/toning to yourself and getting fully immersed in the sounds you are making
Stretching and moving, dancing and swirling … moving the body, focusing on the feeling of your body … body awareness …
Scanning the body and moving your attention slowly through different parts of your body; starting from the top of your head and moving all the way down to the end of your toes … observing what you notice
Colouring and drawing, focusing on the colours and the sensation of your pastel/pencil against the paper
AND
Perceive as the calm and compassionate Observer/Eternal Awareness in this game of ultimate evolution with us all role playing for each other for ‘personally’ chosen experiences: I remember everything is by me, for me, through me!
Remember: I AM Source energy/Eternal Awareness in physical body to experience and express
Observe thoughts ) ‘Name’ is thinking …. And puff the ‘thought clouds’ and make them simply disappear …
Observe feelings ) ‘Name’ is feeling … Acknowledge, I see you/hear you/feel you
